We want you to love your case. If something's genuinely wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

📦 Item arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchange window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Eligible for exchange:-

Wrong design or wrong phone model shipped
Fit issue (camera cutout, buttons, or port misaligned)
Defective or damaged piece

Not eligible for exchange:-

Change of mind / you no longer like the design
Wrong model selected by you at checkout
Item used, worn, or not in its original packaging
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, coupons, and Customize-Your-Own-Case orders (since these are printed specifically for you).

How refunds work: Approved exchanges are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
