Shipping policy
Every 3BroCases order is printed and packed at our facility in New Delhi and shipped with tracking to your door. We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. You'll get your tracking details as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Order page.
Delivery time by zone
Delivery time is counted from dispatch. Enter your pincode on any product page to see your exact estimate.

These are estimates from our courier partners. Remote pincodes, bad weather, strikes or festival rush can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets): FREE shipping on every order, no minimum.
- Cash on Delivery: ₹70 COD charge, added at checkout. COD is available on most pincodes. The pincode checker on the product page tells you if it's available at yours.
- Express shipping: ₹120, delivered in 2–3 days from dispatch where available.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available in selected pincodes of major cities, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata.
- Enter your pincode on the product page. If it's eligible, you'll see the Next Day Delivery option. Switch it on to add it to your order for ₹99.
- We have two dispatch cut-offs every day: 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The timer on the product page shows how long you have until the next one. Order before it to get your case the next day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM go out with the next day's 11:00 AM dispatch.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video. For exchanges, see our Refund & Exchange policy.
