01Choosing your phone model
Each case is cut for one exact model, so check yours before ordering:
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name
- Samsung / OnePlus: Settings → About phone
A wrong model picked at checkout isn't covered by the exchange, so if you're not sure, ask us on WhatsApp first.
02Care instructions
- Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid alcohol, solvents and abrasive cleaners on the print.
- Take the case off now and then to clear dust or sand from inside, so it doesn't scratch your phone.
03Exchanges & returns
7-day exchange: request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong design or phone model, the case doesn't fit (camera cutout, buttons or ports misaligned), or it's defective.
Exchanges are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year. Not covered: change of mind, a wrong model selected by you at checkout, or a used case.
